The ARTery’s Annual Under $200 Art Show

ARTWORK SUBMISSION

Please fill out the following form to submit your artwork into this show. By clicking SUBMIT you agree to the Gallery terms and agreement at the bottom of this page.

 
 

The artist and gallery hereby agree to the following:

  1. Artist agrees to help promote the show through social media and personal networks.

  2. Artist Commission is 60% of artworks sold.  The ARTery retains 40% of the sale’s price. Artwork must retail for $200 or less.

  3. Ownership of the art will be transferred from Artist to Buyer at the time of purchase.

  4. The Artist Reception is Dec. 2nd, 5 to 8 pm. Safety measures for COVID-19 will be enforced and the artist is encouraged to attend.  The artist is welcome, but not required, to bring food and/or beverages to the reception to share.

  5. Unsold Art or Check Payment Pick Up begins January 15th..

  6. An Art storage fee of $1/day will be charged starting January 31st,  for up to 30 days.

  7. For art not picked up by March 3rd, the artist forfeits possession to The ARTery.

  8. The ARTery will take all reasonable steps to prevent theft or damage to your art. The ARTery is not liable In the event of damage or theft to the art; the artist takes all responsibility.

  9. Artist agrees to photography of the artwork for promotional purposes. Credit shall be given to Artist in all instances.

    • Artwork will be photographed and posted on The ARTery’s website for online sale options.

  10. Artwork consigned must be the original work of the artist.

Artwork must have wire hanging gear, or stable and secure for freestanding display. Any additional framing work done by the gallery will incur normal frame shop fees to be paid at time of drop off. ($5 Wire)
